Business Performance Analyst (PMO & Finance Analyst)

Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze the financial performance of projects, including revenue, costs, profitability, and budget utilization. Track project income, outstanding payments, and revenue recognition to ensure business targets are achieved. Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc management reports for senior executives and the Managing Director. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel . Analyze business performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Consolidate financial and operational data from multiple sources into meaningful reports. Coordinate with Project Managers, Finance, Sales, and internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy. Support business planning, forecasting, and performance review meetings. Present business insights, project status, and financial summaries to management. Recommend process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, PMO, Project Control, or Business Performance Reporting. Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced formulas, dashboards). Hands-on experience with Power BI (Dashboard Development, DAX, Data Modeling). Good understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, project costing, and revenue analysis. Experience presenting reports and business insights to senior management or executive leadership. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines. Experience in the IT, Technology, or Digital Solution industry is an advantage.
