UX/UI Designer (1-Year Contract)

Overview We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to manage the end-to-end design of SriTrang’s enterprise AI platform—including Knowledge Management, RAG interfaces, Agentic Workflow Builder, enterprise automation tools, and manufacturing support applications. You will drive the design vision, own the design system, and create intuitive experiences for complex, AI-driven, and multi-flow user journeys across Business, IT, OT, and factory environments. This role is ideal for designers who thrive on solving complex problems with clarity and enjoy building scalable systems from the ground up. Key Responsibilities 1. Own Product & Experience Design Own the UX strategy and experience direction across the AI platform modules (KM, OCR, Agents, Workflow, Integration). Translate complex business processes and AI-driven logic into simple, intuitive user flows. Design multi-step Agentic conversation flows, including reasoning paths, user decision nodes, and automation triggers. Lead user research initiatives, usability testing, and synthesize insights into actionable design direction. 2. Design System Ownership Create, maintain, and scale a unified SriTrang AI Design System (components, patterns, interaction models). Define design principles that support enterprise workflows, automation steps, role-based access (RBAC), and manufacturing domain constraints. Partner with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and long-term design governance. 3. Collaboration & Product Execution Work closely with Business Owners, Product Owners, Developers, and Data teams to shape product requirements. Convert conceptual ideas, logic flows, and automation frameworks into wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs. Provide design rationales and lead design reviews to ensure clarity across cross-functional teams. Guide junior designers and establish best practices for documentation, prototyping, and iteration. 4. Advanced UX for AI & Automation Design UX patterns for AI-assisted workflows, agent actions, triggers, approvals, and exception handling. Shape the UI/UX for “no-code/low-code” Agentic Workflow Builder for enterprise users. Create interaction models for LLM-driven features: contextual suggestions, process decomposition, validation UX, and guardrail feedback. Qualification and Requirements 0–5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, or interaction design. Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing complex systems: workflow platforms, enterprise apps, dashboards, or AI-based tools. Expertise in Figma, prototyping, and building large-scale design systems. Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability heuristics. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in tech-driven environments. Ability to translate technical concepts (automation logic, RAG UX, agent actions) into user-friendly designs. Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and shaping clarity. Nice to Have Experience designing for no-code/low-code tools, workflow engines, or automation platforms. Experience designing AI conversation UX, agent control panels, or LLM-driven interactions. Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end implementation constraints. Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations software.
