1. Main Purpose of the Job: To be a key member of APAC finance Hub who manage the Account receivable (AR) accounting work process & operation, including month-end closing 2. Key Responsibility Entering Remittances – reconciling customer advice with aging report, matching and allocating invoices and claims, taking print outs of various registers, Filing all relevant paperwork Following with the Customers – requesting for paper work in relation to the remittance advice, chasing for payments Claims and APM maintenance – Receiving claims and coding, maintenance of Claim register, issuing claim register report, processing of claims and ensuring tax invoices are attached to the claims, sending and following up with customers any rejections, rectification ,requests for claims and Updating unapplied register. Debit and Credit notes – NZ claims, NZ settlement discounts, Freight invoices, all other debit and credit notes Credit orders Released and credit review on a quarterly basis Setting up new customers Aging report reconciliation and summary on aged report and advise on bad debts provision, DSO calculation, Cash Flow, Collaboration with other team members Other adhoc queries as requested by supervisor to support APAC Finance team. Monitor the control stakeholders to follow up Standard Operation Procedure 3. Experience/ Skills / Knowledge Bachelor Degree in Accounting 3-5 years work experience in accounting ERP experiences is required (i.e. SAP, Dynamic 365 business cental Good command of written and spoken English is required Experience in AP accounting and Hub service provider are preferred Good skill in Microsoft office.
