About the Company Rakbankerd is a premium Thai agricultural products brand that connects quality Thai farmers with discerning consumers. We curate ingredients from remarkable origins across Thailand — organic rice, coffee, honey, chocolate, and more — crafting them into premium products under the Rakbankerd Selected brand and bringing them to life through everyday experiences at Rakbankerd Café. We work with leading national partners including hotel chains such as Dusit, Hyatt, and AVANI, Central Food Retail Group, EXIM Bank, and other well-known brands. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across Horeca (hotels/restaurants), premium Modern Trade channels, and corporate accounts (Corporate Gifting/CSR) Manage and nurture existing client relationships (Key Account Management) to drive consistent, sustainable sales growth Present products, prepare quotations, and negotiate commercial terms with clients Develop new business opportunities in OEM/Private Label and Brand Collaboration in coordination with internal teams Coordinate with Operations, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure products are delivered according to client requirements Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and channel expansion Participate in events, exhibitions, and booth activities to generate new business opportunities Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates for management review Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher, any field (Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or Food Science background is a plus) Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development Direct experience selling Premium Food, Gourmet, Specialty Ingredients, or Lifestyle Products is a strong plus Experience selling into Horeca (premium hotels/restaurants), premium Modern Trade channels (e.g., Gourmet Market, Central Food Retail), or Corporate Gifting/CSR is a strong plus Experience in OEM/Private Label negotiation is a plus Candidates with an existing client base or active leads in a related industry will be given special consideration
