The HR Site Lead is responsible for the overall management and delivery of Human Resources and Administrative services at the solar farm site. The role ensures the effective implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures while providing day-to-day support in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, timekeeping, compensation and benefits administration, employee engagement, and site administration. The position serves as the primary HR and Admin focal point on-site, ensuring compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and project requirements while fostering a productive and positive work environment. Key Responsibilities Administer employee records, contracts, movement documents, and other HR-related documentation. Oversee timekeeping, attendance monitoring, leave administration, and payroll-related concerns. Facilitate employee relations activities and provide guidance on workplace concerns, disciplinary matters, and policy implementation. Coordinate employee engagement, communication, and welfare programs to promote employee morale and retention. Administer compensation and benefits concerns, including government-mandated benefits and company-provided programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and project requirements. Manage site administrative functions such as office facilities, accommodations, transportation coordination, supplies, and vendor coordination. Prepare HR and Admin reports, manpower updates, and relevant management reports. Partner closely with project leaders and department heads to support operational and manpower requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or any related field. Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in Human Resources and Administration, preferably in construction, infrastructure, power, renewable energy, or project-based environments. Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, timekeeping, labor laws, and HR administration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact across all organizational levels. Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR-related systems. A proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated professional who can work independently with minimal supervision. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Willing to work under a project-based employment arrangement. Willing to be assigned full-time on-site in Nueva Ecija .
