Job Description: Responsible for handling escalated issues and driving the resolution of complex/critical technical faults. Organize and coordinate service restoration for major submarine and terrestrial cable failures; maintain and update service restoration records. Maintain and ensure timely updates of circuit information records and documentation for standard customers. Proactively propose optimization suggestions based on the analysis and statistical output of high-frequency faults. Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work specifications for duty personnel. Supervise and inspect the performance of duty personnel in accordance with network monitoring protocols and shift systems to ensure stable on-site operations. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, IT, Electronics, or other related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate network maintenance and management; prior experience in international telecommunications services is highly preferred. Proficient in transmission, data networking, and related technical fields; professional certifications (e.g., Cisco/CCNA/CCNP, Huawei/HCIA/HCIP) are a plus. Proven troubleshooting capabilities in transmission, data, voice, and mobile networks. Skilled in coordinating with customers, vendors, and overseas regional offices. Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with a solid sense of teamwork and customer service. Highly responsible and resilient under pressure, with the ability to handle periods of high-intensity work.
