Corporate Governance Capacity Development

POSITION PURPOSE Develop and drive the Corporate Governance Digital Platform to support the systematic implementation, monitoring and reporting of corporate governance requirements across Group companies. Apply digital technology, artificial intelligence (AI), AI agents, data analytics and automation to corporate governance processes in order to reduce manual work, improve the speed and accuracy of information, and provide the Corporate Governance team and management with timely visibility of implementation status, key issues and progress across the Group. Serve as the bridge between Corporate Governance, Technology, Data and Communication, translating governance business needs into practical digital solutions and moving CG processes from manual tracking and reporting toward an integrated, digital and AI-enabled governance management model. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Digital Technology, Computer Engineering, Digital Media, Data/Business Analytics, or a related discipline. Approximately 2–5 years of relevant experience in digital platform or system development, business analysis, AI/Generative AI and automation, digital transformation, data analytics/dashboard development, digital product development, or digital communication. A portfolio demonstrating workflow, dashboard, AI automation or digital product development is an advantage. Strong business and process analysis Ability to translate user needs into business/system requirements and workflows Practical use of Generative AI, AI agents, prompt engineering and automation tools Understanding of data structures, analytics and management dashboards; basic knowledge of software, databases, APIs and system integration Ability to turn complex governance information into clear digital content Strong English reading, writing and communication skills. Full-stack development capability is not required, but the role must work effectively with developers and IT teams. RESPONSIBILITY Develop and continuously improve the CG Platform to support CG Implementation Plans, Group Policy deployment and tracking, CG training and assessment, subsidiary governance monitoring, action plans, governance issues, and management/committee reporting. Design solutions that reduce reliance on manual Excel- and email-based tracking. Apply AI and automation to collect, validate, classify and summarize governance information Identify incomplete or outstanding actions Analyze implementation progress Categorize governance issues Prepare draft management/committee reports Deploy AI agents for action-item follow-up and reminders Develop AI search/knowledge assistance for Group Policies, guidelines and CG requirements Support analysis of relevant external news, trends and regulatory developments. Design governance data structures and dashboards that consolidate information across Group companies. Provide management views of policy deployment, CG implementation progress, training and assessment, governance structures, outstanding actions and key governance issues. Enable drill-down from Group to Business Unit/company level and use analytics to identify trends, gaps, priorities and matters requiring follow-up. Translate complex governance policies, requirements and data into clear, practical and accessible digital content, including dashboards, infographics, presentations, short-form content, video and e-learning. Use AI and digital media tools to improve the speed and quality of content production and help Group companies understand and apply governance requirements in day-to-day operations. Work with the Corporate Governance team to define business requirements and translate them into digital solutions. Prepare business requirements, workflows and user requirements Coordinate with IT, developers, Data/AI, Communication and E-Learning teams Conduct testing and user acceptance; gather feedback; monitor adoption Evaluate emerging technologies and AI tools that can improve CG effectiveness and reduce administrative workload.
