Accounts Receivable Officer - temp role to commence asap

A great temporary opportunity to commence ASAP, to join a market-leading and established organisation that is now looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer seeking their next challenge. This is an Account Management / Customer focused Accounts Receivable role, with a true focus on promoting customer satisfaction. You will be part of a small, supportive and effective team where you will have the responsibility of managing your own portfolio of clients. Reporting to the Credit Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing your own portfolio of clients Strong customer service / account management focus Call clients for collections purposes Managing claims and credits Follow up claim queries and chase supplier for credit note purposes Data entry Stakeholder management and negotiating payment plans where required Monthly account reconciliations – end of month process You will have: Proven track record working within a similar based Credit role with a focus on customer service, claims, rebates and reporting Strong Customer Service Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Sound skills in Excel Available to commence immediately and commit for 3 months A positive attitude and ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders is a must Benefits: Opportunity to work with a reputable and established brand Parking on site Generous flexible working available once trained Competitive hourly rate This opportunity is to commence asap, and you will be joining a close-knit, supportive environment.
