2 Vacancies needed Rajdamri Branch & Secon Square Bangkae Branch Future Park Rangsit Branch & Secon Square Srinakarin Branch Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding Recruit and onboard new corporate training teachers Provide orientation and mentorship to ensure readiness Teacher Management Assign and manage teacher schedules Ensure classes run smoothly and meet client expectations Oversee teaching materials and related documentation Evaluation & Development Support class observations and give performance feedback Promote teacher development and respond to student concerns Teaching Support Substitute and teach classes when needed Administration & Quality Assurance Track teaching hours for payroll Analyze student satisfaction and lead improvement actions Support other academic tasks as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field TEFL/TESOL certification required (CELTA is a plus) At least 5 years of English teaching experience or experience in teacher management Background in teacher mentoring or academic coordination is preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Able to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle fast-paced tasks effectively Able to work at both branches : Depend on position location 5 Days work week (Day off: 2 Days in week day) Why AUA?
