The Opportunity: Build Your Sales Career in the Tiles Industry As a Marketing Associate in our Tiles Division, you will promote a wide range of quality tile products and solutions to customers including architects, designers, developers, contractors, and other project stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to develop your product knowledge, strengthen your sales skills, and build long-term client relationships in the building materials industry. With structured guidance and support from the team, you will gain hands-on experience in project-based sales and customer service. What You’ll Do Promote and sell tile products and related building materials to developers, architects, designers, contractors, and other customers Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product recommendations, and one-stop solutions to meet customer needs Follow up on sales enquiries, project opportunities, quotations, and customer requests Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery arrangements, and after-sales service Maintain customer records, sales activities, and related information in an organized manner Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering a positive customer experience What We Are Looking For You are a motivated and customer-focused individual who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and developing your career in sales. You are eager to learn about products, understand customer needs, and provide practical solutions. Sales or Client-Facing Experience : Around 1 year of sales, marketing, customer service, or client-facing experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are also welcome. Interest in Building Materials / Design : Experience or exposure in building materials, tiles, interior design, construction, or related industries is an advantage, but not a must. Training will be provided. Relationship Builder : You are confident in communicating with customers and able to build positive relationships with different stakeholders. Proactive & Responsible : You are self-motivated, well-organized, willing to learn, and able to follow up tasks independently. Team Player : You enjoy working with others and are committed to supporting the team in delivering quality service.
