Paralegal (2 Positions) | 3-Month Contract | Perth, WA Our client is seeking two Paralegals to join their Legal team on a 3-month contract to support a major SAP S/4HANA upgrade project. The role will focus on reviewing and amending a high volume of contracts and purchase orders to align with updated invoicing provisions. Key Responsibilities Review existing contracts and purchase orders. Prepare contract amendments and related legal correspondence. Work closely with Contracts, Procurement, and Legal teams. Track document progress, approvals, and responses. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all documentation. About You Previous experience working as a Paralegal. Understanding of contract law and exposure to contract review activities is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume document review. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
