Key Responsibilities Requirements & Design: Gather technical and user requirements for system enhancements. Conduct feasibility studies and design initial infrastructure and application architectures. UI/UX Support: Collaborate on and provide support for User Interface (UI) design. Stakeholder & Technical Support: Liaise with various internal/external parties and provide technical support across system design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Contractor Management & Testing: Review deliverables provided by outsourcing contractors and conduct acceptance testing. System Integration: Assist government departments and non-government organizations in adopting and integrating enhanced functionalities. Quality Assurance: Review test plans, load/stress test plans, and execute testing procedures (SIT/UAT, load, stress testing). Ad Hoc Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements Higher Diploma / Degree in Computing related subjects At least 4 years solid experience in system design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise IT application systems. Proven experience in performing System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Strong background in providing technical support services to various clients and end-users. Hands-on experience in Android and iOS application development. Solid experience in RESTful API design and implementation for seamless system integrations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent written communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua). Strong interpersonal and communication skills; highly self-motivated with a positive work attitude.
