As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our fast growing team. Sales Executive (Construction Industry / Materials) Location: Central Region, Malaysia Company: Vebro Polymers Asia Sdn. Bhd. Employment Type: Full-Time Salary & Benefits * Basic Salary: RM3,000 per month * Travel Allowance: RM750 per month * Attractive Commission Scheme: * Performance-driven environment with excellent earning potential. * Opportunity to grow within an expanding international company. Job Responsibilities * Assist the Sales Manager in achieving business unit sales and profit objectives. * Develop and manage a strong project pipeline to drive sustainable business growth. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and industrial sectors. * Promote and specify Vebro Polymers' flooring systems for commercial, residential, industrial and infrastructure projects. * Conduct product presentations and technical seminars to architects, consultants, engineers, contractors and other industry professionals. * Focus on generating business from BCI project leads, online sales platforms and direct end-user opportunities, particularly manufacturing and factory customers. * Work closely with the Technical Director to provide suitable technical solutions and product recommendations. * Develop an in-depth understanding of local construction practices, building codes, market trends and competitor activities. * Collaborate with other business units to maximise cross-selling opportunities and profitable growth. * Handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints professionally and maintain strong customer relationships. * Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer and project records. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field. Related experience in this field is acceptable. * 1–2 years of sales experience in the construction industry is preferred. * Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, architects or industrial customers will be an advantage. * Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. * Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. * Possess a valid driving licence and own transport. * Willing to travel extensively throughout Malaysia.
