Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst NT Government Daily Rate $$$ Initial 12-Months Hybrid - Darwin BPMN / Integration The role: Seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive business analysis and digital transformation initiative. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business units, technical teams, and vendors, leading requirements gathering, process mapping, and full lifecycle delivery for complex software implementations. What you'll be doing: Liaise between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to gather and document business requirements. Model current and future-state workflows to support solution design and integration. Support end-to-end testing activities, including test plans, case execution, and UAT. Produce project documentation and maintain requirements traceability under established governance frameworks. Desired Skills and Experiences: 6+ years as a BA doing process mapping, gap analysis, and system integrations. Proven experience mapping requirements to product functionality and software integrations. Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and change management skills. Experience with BPMN 2.0 standards, government environments, or finance/ERP projects is desirable.
