SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

REQUIREMENTS Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience. Able to handle a full set of accounts independently. Familiar with accounting software, especially SQL and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of SST, audit, tax, and statutory compliance. Experience in property, engineering, construction, or related industries is an added advantage. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Good communication and interpersonal skills. JOB SCOPE Handle the full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing. Prepare management accounts, financial reports, and supporting schedules. Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL). Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. Prepare SST, tax schedules, audit schedules, and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers. Monitor project costing and company-related transactions where applicable. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements. Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Maintain proper filing and accounting documentation.
