We are looking for a candidate who can plan and execute marketing events and campaigns, support corporate and business strategy development, conduct market and competitor research, provide analytical and pricing support, prepare strategic plans, and coordinate stakeholder engagement to drive key initiatives and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Acquisition -Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the satellite and telecommunications sector, particularly within Mainland China and other key APAC markets. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through market research, networking, and targeted outreach. Support senior sales leaders in formulating go-to-market strategies for new products and services. Client Account Servicing & Relationship Management -Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Understand clients’ business objectives and translate them into tailored satellite transponder, capacity, or managed service solutions. Coordinate regular business reviews and performance reporting with clients. Tender & Proposal Preparation -Lead or support the end-to-end preparation of RFPs, RFQs, and tenders, including technical responses, pricing models, and commercial terms. Collaborate with legal, finance, and engineering teams to ensure proposals are compliant, competitive, and commercially viable. Maintain a library of standard proposal templates and case studies. Market Intelligence & Analysis -Continuously monitor regulatory changes, competitor activities, and technology trends in the satellite and telecom industry across APAC. Provide actionable insights to regional leadership on market dynamics, customer decision-making structures, and emerging demand patterns. Prepare regular market intelligence reports and presentations. Cross-Border Commercial Coordination -Facilitate communication and contract execution between international counterparties, including carriers, government entities, and enterprise customers. Manage day-to-day coordination of cross-border service activations, capacity planning, and billing arrangements. Ensure compliance with local regulations, export controls, and licensing requirements in each jurisdiction. Operational Support & Internal Collaboration -Work closely with satellite capacity planners, network operations, and customer support teams to resolve issues and optimize service delivery. Assist in preparing sales forecasts, revenue tracking, and CRM data maintenance. Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings as required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Policy, Management, or a related discipline. Full professional fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken). Practical understanding of Mainland China’s business culture, customer decision-making hierarchies, and the regulatory environment as it applies to satellite and telecommunications services. Proven ability to work with international counterparties across multiple Asia Pacific jurisdictions Strong commercial acumen with the capacity to translate complex technical information into clear business proposals. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools Able to work aggressive, independently and under high pressure. Willingness to travel frequently is preferred.
