Responsibilities Serve as the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for corporate support functions, providing strategic and operational HR consultation, guidance, and support to business leaders and employees. Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Lead Graduate Program and Internship Program initiatives, while building and maintaining partnerships with universities and educational institutions. Design and implement learning and development programs, including training needs analysis, program coordination, and learning effectiveness evaluation. Support the development, enhancement, and communication of HR policies and practices, including compensation and benefits administration. Plan and coordinate corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with human rights standards, labor laws, and social responsibility requirements, including preparation for labor and social compliance audits. Partner closely with business leaders and line managers to drive people strategies, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support business growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with hands-on experience in at least two areas such as Recruitment, Talent Development, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Compliance. Strong knowledge and experience across a broad range of HR functions. Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of the organization. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills. High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Willing to work in a hands-on role, including site visits and occasional domestic travel as required. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems. Experience in the agriculture, manufacturing, or industrial sectors will be an advantage.
