Graphic Designer

D&S Resources is looking for a Casual Graphic Designer to support our Marketing Manager in producing high-quality digital and print marketing materials. Initially, this role will offer approximately 5 to 10 hours per week , with additional hours available as business needs and project workload increase. While we anticipate the workload will grow over time, applicants should apply with the understanding that hours are not guaranteed. What We Offer $30 - $33.85 per hour. Flexible casual arrangement. Exposure to a wide variety of corporate marketing projects. Potential for additional hours as workload increases. Key Responsibilities Design brochures, reports, capability statements and marketing collateral Create graphics for social media, presentations and digital platforms Assist with interpreting design briefs and developing creative solutions Prepare artwork for print and digital production Maintain templates and the company's digital asset library Ensure all work aligns with established brand guidelines Support multiple marketing projects while meeting agreed deadlines Assist the Marketing Manager with day-to-day creative activities What We’re Looking For Essential Qualification (or equivalent practical experience) in Graphic Design Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work Excellent attention to detail and layout skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn and respond positively to feedback Desirable Motion graphics or video editing Canva Figma Corporate brand guideline experience Accessibility knowledge Why Join D&S Resources?
