Job Description: Enterprise Risk Management, Corruption Risk Assessment & Business Continuity Conduct and support risk assessments in accordance with TCMH Group policies and frameworks. Maintain and oversee the Group Risk Register, risk profiles, and mitigation plans. Monitor risk trends, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and mitigation progress. Identify emerging risks and recommend preventive or corrective actions. Prepare risk management reports and updates for Senior Management and relevant committees. Drive continuous improvement in risk governance and internal control frameworks. Internal Control & Compliance Establish, implement, and maintain effective internal control frameworks across Truck Group companies. Review controls, identify gaps and weaknesses, and recommend improvements. Develop and implement policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Monitor compliance with policies, SOPs, internal audits, and management action plans. Investigate compliance issues or breaches and implement corrective and preventive measures. Sustainability & ESG Coordinate sustainability and ESG initiatives, data collection, and reporting. Ensure sustainability information is accurate, complete, and aligned with TCMH Group requirements. Integrate sustainability considerations into risk management and governance processes. Prepare sustainability reports and updates for management and relevant committees. Requirements / Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 8–10 year s of relevant experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, or governance, with exposure to group-level operations. Strong knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) , internal controls, compliance frameworks, and governance practices. Experience in sustainability / ESG reporting is an added advantage. Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills. Ability to engage effectively with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders. Leadership capability with a proactive and structured approach to problem-solving.
