Job Description : We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Assistant to support daily store and office operations. Key Responsibilities : Open the store daily and oversea cleaning staff. Handle cash to the bank. Maintain pantry stock and ensure timely replenishment. Manage stationery and office supplies, including shopping when required. File hard copies of documents systematically. Maintain soft filing and digital record keeping. Coordinate laundry services Assist with HR functions such as employee records, attendance, and leave management Qualifications : Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience preferred. Good organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time. Basic knowledge of office operations and record keeping.
