Now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Sales Supervisor / Manager Job duty: Act as the primary organizational representative in securing favorable agreements and cultivating long-term partnerships. Drive growth through proactive lead generation, including cold-calling, to expand the company’s professional network and uncover new market opportunities. Implement comprehensive business plans and sales initiatives tailored to the market to consistently meet revenue goals and profit margins. Liaise effectively with internal operations teams and international offices to ensure seamless service delivery and global alignment. Qualification: Degree / Tertiary education in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related disciplines. Minimum 3+ years' sales/business development experience in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding/E-commerce industry. Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin speaking.
