Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – AI & Full Stack Job Summary We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy, AI initiatives, and product development. The ideal candidate is passionate about AI, capable of building scalable software platforms, and experienced in leading engineering teams from concept to production. Responsibilities Define and execute the company's technology roadmap. Lead the development of AI-powered products and AI Agent solutions. Architect scalable web applications and cloud infrastructure. Build and manage the engineering team. Oversee frontend, backend, database, DevOps, and AI development. Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies, LLMs, and automation platforms. Design AI workflows using RAG, MCP, AI Agents, and vector databases. Ensure system security, performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with management to align technology with business objectives. Mentor developers and establish engineering best practices. Drive innovation and continuously improve development processes. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of software development experience. 3+ years in a technical leadership or engineering management role. Strong Full Stack development experience. Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Next.js, Vue.js, Node.js, PHP (Laravel/Hyperf), or Python. Strong knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, RESTful APIs, and system architecture. Experience building AI applications using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, or similar LLMs. Familiar with AI Agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar. Experience with RAG, Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Milvus, FAISS), and MCP (Model Context Protocol). Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading AI product development from concept to launch. Knowledge of MLOps and AI deployment. Experience managing distributed or remote engineering teams.
