They execute their projects with dedicated project management teams that form the prime interface with clients. They ensure consistently good coordination and communication across the project resulting in the levels of safety, quality, cost and schedule performance demanded within the oil and gas and solar industry today. Their project management teams have experience in delivering a wide range of projects across the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Hookup and Commissioning disciplines. Job Responsibilities Operations & Project Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of solar projects (EPC and Private PPA), ensuring all milestones are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. PPA & Asset Management: Monitor long-term Private PPA contracts, ensuring optimal performance of assets, regulatory compliance, and excellent relationship management with corporate clients. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, engineers, and contractors. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture. Financial & Risk Management: Manage operational budgets, analyze project P&L, optimize costs, and mitigate operational risks effectively. Quality & Safety (QHSE): Ensure all site operations comply with standard engineering practices, corporate policies, and international safety and environmental regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field At least 8+ years of full project management experience in experience in the solar energy industry (Solar Rooftop, Ground-mounted, or Floating Solar). Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proficient in English and Thai (both written and spoken) for executive-level reporting and business communication.
