Job Description Job Title-Lead Business Analyst Job Type-Permanent (On-site) Work Location-Dok Mai, Prawet, Bangkok Job overview: The Lead Business Analyst, Manufacturing Technology, will support client’s digital manufacturing transformation by connecting business needs with technology solutions. The role will focus on Manufacturing Planning and Supply Chain processes, driving agile delivery, process improvements, and SMART factory capabilities. Job Responsibilities • Lead business process design, fit-gap analysis, and validation of functional deliverables from implementation partners. • Create and manage features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements for the product backlog. • Support the Product Manager in prioritising business capabilities, improvement opportunities, and backlog items. • Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure stakeholder alignment. • Prepare process maps, design flows, functional specifications, and other business analysis documentation. • Identify process gaps, system improvements, configuration requirements, and opportunities for operational efficiency. • Support testing, data conversion validation, reporting, interfaces, forms, and quality assurance activities. • Mentor junior Business Analysts and support continuous improvement within agile delivery teams. Requirements: • Extensive years of experience in business analysis, business process improvement, or related roles. • Experience in manufacturing, retail, fashion, FMCG, Manufacturing Operations Management, or Manufacturing ERP environments. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP , including Master Planning, Scheduling, Product Information Management, Inventory Management, and Production Control. • Strong knowledge of agile principles, product backlog management, user stories, and requirements lifecycle management. • Strong expertise in business process design, fit-gap analysis, strategy analysis, and solution evaluation. • CBAP, SAP, or other relevant Business Analysis or ERP certification is an advantage.
