What You’ll Be Doing As a key member of the leadership team, you will: Lead end-to-end finance operations across APAC, including month-end, year-end, and reporting Drive financial consolidation and IFRS-compliant reporting aligned with global standards Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis to support decision-making Strengthen financial governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Operations, and Country Management Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional finance team . What You’ll Bring CPA / CA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline Proven experience in a Finance Manager / Finance Business Partner / Regional Finance role Strong background in financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance (IFRS) Demonstrated success in leading teams and driving performance across multiple locations Highly analytical with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimisation Excellent stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen.
