Asset Management Junior (Able to work in Rayong and every other Saturday)

About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Asset Management /Analysis/Optimization/Specialist to join our team in Rayong. This role plays an important part in managing infrastructure-related assets, ensuring strong governance, cost efficiency, and smooth coordination across internal and external stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to contribute to operational excellence, business growth, and sustainable industrial estate development. Key Responsibilities Oversee the performance and governance of infrastructure assets, including ROW, FTTx, 5G Tower, Pipe Rack (EPS), and rental facilities. Identify opportunities to improve asset utilization, operating efficiency, and long-term asset value. Prepare, monitor, and control budgets related to asset operations and infrastructure management. Analyze cost performance and support cost control initiatives. Manage infrastructure-related contracts, including renewals, compliance tracking, and stakeholder coordination. Define and monitor operational KPIs, and prepare performance reports for management. Coordinate infrastructure-related projects and support smooth implementation with relevant teams. Support sustainability initiatives in line with corporate goals. Work closely with JV teams and cross-functional stakeholders to support business development and operational objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Asset Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in asset management, contract management, compliance, risk management, infrastructure, utilities, property management, or related areas. Experience in industrial estates, infrastructure operations, or utilities is an advantage. Strong analytical, budgeting, and reporting skills. Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities. Able to work in Rayong and available to work every other Saturday each month.
