Air Freight Officer/Senior

AIR FREIGHT RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle end-to-end air freight operations from booking through delivery. Coordinate airline bookings and manage cargo capacity utilization. Liaise with customers, airlines, customs brokers, and transportation providers to ensure smooth shipment execution. Prepare quotations and support pricing activities when required. Monitor shipment performance and proactively resolve operational issues. Manage shipping documents, pre-alerts, and operational reporting. Support billing verification, collections, and audit activities. Ensure compliance with operational procedures, customer requirements, and air cargo regulations. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, ocean freight, or air freight operations. Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Strong team player with excellent coordination and interpersonal skills. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and result-driven mindset.
