Reporting to a highly experienced and supportive Payroll Manager, this role offers a fantastic chance to enhance your skills in a collaborative and people-focused environment. About the Role: Process end-to-end payroll for in line with relevant legislation and company policies. Maintain and update payroll records, including employee details, leave balances, and pay adjustments. Ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries, superannuation, and other entitlements. Interpret and apply relevant awards, enterprise agreements, and workplace legislation. Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audits as required. Respond to employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner. Skills and Experience Previous payroll experience in a similar end to end role is essential. Exposure to Dayforce payroll system is crucial. Experience with award interpretation is required. An in depth understanding of Australian payroll legislation and processes is essential. Experience with global payroll functions would be a benefit. Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
