Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Indoor Sales Executive to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive freight quotations, managing pricing inquiries from overseas customers and agents, and supporting the sales process by delivering timely and cost-effective logistics solutions. You will work closely with shipping lines, co-loaders, local vendors, and internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and contribute to business growth. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate, competitive, and timely freight quotations for overseas customers and agents. Handle quotation requests independently while ensuring all pricing is submitted according to customer requirements and deadlines. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from overseas customers and business partners. Source and negotiate freight rates with shipping lines, co-loaders, transport providers, and other local vendors to obtain the most competitive pricing. Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient coordination of customer requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market freight rates, carrier services, and industry trends to support effective pricing strategies. Ensure all quotations are accurate, commercially competitive, and aligned with company standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents and customers by providing responsive and reliable support. Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry. Hands-on experience in preparing freight quotations within a freight forwarding or logistics company is mandatory. Good knowledge of freight pricing, shipping lines, co-loaders, and local logistics vendors is an added advantage. Excellent written and spoken English is essential, as the role requires daily communication with overseas agents and customers. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple quotation requests and meet tight deadlines. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work in Port Klang, Malaysia .
