Accounting Operations Team Lead

The Accounting Operations Team Lead will take ownership of our global AP and AR functions — bringing structure, pace, and fresh thinking. In this role you won’t be sitting on the sidelines you will be right in the thick of it: Leading a function that touches every part of the business Playing a key role in our process transformation and system evolution Driving continuous improvement and embedding smarter ways of working Partnering globally across a fast-moving, export-led company What you’ll be doing Lead, coach, and develop your team, as well as: Own Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Ensure accuracy, integrity, and control across all transactions Deliver smooth, reliable month-end and year-end processes Develop and establish an enhanced global process of end to end P2P and O2C cycles Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger entries, and credit card controls Collaborate with key business stakeholders internally, hub teams in different markets and external partners What we are looking for You’re not just technically strong — you’re someone who gets things done and brings your team along with you. You are resilient, an exceptional communicator and understand the pace of a private equity owned global export environment.
