The Inventory Controller is a driving force between Supply Chain, Systems, our 3PL warehouses and our customers, ensuring consistent data management and accurate information flow to support Supply Chain automation, inventory management as well as vendor and recall management. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional who is hands-on, proactive, and passionate about continuous improvement. The successful candidate will combine strong operational execution with the ability to identify long-term solutions in a fast-paced and evolving environment. KPIs Ensure optimal stock availability across APAC warehouse and retail locations. Minimise inventory adjustments as a percentage of total inventory value. Maintain high inventory accuracy across 3PL Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Retail POS, and ERP platforms. Reduce inventory discrepancies and system transaction failures. Deliver timely and accurate inventory reporting and reconciliation. Role Accountabilities Integrity and accuracy of inventory Perform regular inventory reconciliations across 3PL WMS, Retail POS, and ERP systems. Discover innovative methods to ensure continual improvements to regional inventory accuracy Work to minimise stock losses ensuring all adjustments are recorded with accurate root cause assigned and within acceptable tolerances. Stock Reconciliation Responsible for regular stock reconciliations among 3PL WMS, Retail POS and ERP, investigating discrepancies and working to iteratively reduce occurrences of missing transactions between the systems Manage and report on the annual inventory counts for all warehouses in the region Keep up-to-date of financial and auditing requirements, working with our 3PLs to implement perpetual inventory at all sites Systems & Data Management Ensure accurate data flow between inventory systems. Support supply chain reporting, automation, and system enhancement initiatives. Act as the ERP Super User for inventory-related processes and controls. Minimum 3 years' experience in inventory management, inventory control, or supply chain operations. Multilingual proficiency with good command of English and Mandarin. Obsessed by detail and getting it right first time Proven experience managing inventory reconciliation across multiple systems and locations is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps, develop solutions, and drive sustainable improvements. Proven track record of taking ownership of projects and delivering measurable outcomes. Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities. Strong systems aptitude with the ability to support process automation and data-driven decision-making. Highly organised and structured in approach. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
