Human Resource Internship (Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding)

Location : Bangkok Life Assurance (MRT วงศ์สว่าง) Internship Duration : 2 - 6 months Responsibilities: Support Employer Branding Content Creation Assist in brainstorming, filming, and editing video content for TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms Contribute ideas for campaigns and activities to attract top talent to the company Assist with Recruitment Events & Job Fairs Participate in and help organize Job Fairs, Campus Recruitment events, and other hiring activities Coordinate with HR teams and universities regarding recruitment-related activities Support Recruitment & Administrative Tasks Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment processes Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields Passionate about Employer Branding, PR Marketing, and Talent Acquisition Strong in video editing and graphic design (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Photoshop) Active on social media and understands TikTok and Facebook trends Eager to learn, good interpersonal skills, and a strong team player Interested candidates are invited to write in with full resume with expected salary, and enclosing a recent photograph via click "Apply Now" to Recruitment Center Bangkok Life Assurance Public Company Limited. 1415 Thanon Krungthep-Nonthaburi.
