Fitness coach / EMS trainer About the role We are looking for an energetic and motivating Fitness Coach / EMS Trainer to lead small-group EMS training sessions and deliver an exceptional fitness experience for our members. If you’re passionate about health, fitness, and helping people achieve results, we’d love to hear from you. Key responsibilities Lead and coach small-group fitness classes (maximum 10 participants). Conduct EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) training sessions safely and effectively. Demonstrate exercises and provide modifications for different fitness levels. Motivate, encourage, and support members throughout their workouts. Ensure proper use of EMS equipment and maintain a safe training environment. Build positive relationships with members and create a welcoming class atmosphere. Assist with studio operations, equipment setup, and post-class organization. Qualifications A recognized fitness, personal training, group fitness, strength and conditioning, sports science, physical education, or related coaching certification is required. Experience leading group fitness classes or personal training sessions is preferred. Strong communication and motivational coaching skills. Professional, reliable, and confident working with clients of different fitness levels. A passion for health, fitness, and helping people achieve results.
