We are looking for an experienced, highly analytical, and leadership-driven Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial data, managing cash flow, optimizing accounting systems, and providing strategic financial insights to the executive management team. Key Responsibilities Financial Operations Management: Oversee and manage the overall accounting and finance functions to ensure all financial data is accurate, complete, and delivered on time. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Execute monthly account closings and prepare comprehensive financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss). Analyze business performance and present key insights to the executive team. Cash Flow & Budgeting: Manage cash flow, develop and track the annual budget, and proactively assess and report on liquidity risks. AP/AR & Inventory Control: Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) for both domestic and international transactions. Collaborate with the warehouse department to reconcile inventory and incoming goods. Tax & Audit Compliance: Manage all related corporate tax matters and serve as the primary liaison with external accounting firms and certified auditors to ensure smooth annual financial closings. Import & Forex Verification: Verify documents and accounting entries related to imported goods, foreign currency purchases, and other associated expenses. System & Process Improvement: Develop and optimize accounting workflows and ERP system utilization. Improve management reporting formats to ensure data is clear, concise, and actionable for business decision-making. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounting team. Delegate tasks effectively, build capacity, and ensure team members can collaborate and cross-cover efficiently Key Skills & Competencies: Analytical Thinking: Systematic approach to analyzing numbers and data, with the ability to translate complex financial information into accessible insights for management. Leadership: Strong team management skills, capable of planning, prioritizing, and driving tasks to meet strict deadlines. Coordination & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with executives, external auditors, and cross-functional internal departments. Professional Attitude: Highly detail-oriented, accountable, proactive in proposing operational improvements, and open to continuous learning. Qualifications: Open to all genders, age not exceeding 45 years old. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 7 years of direct experience in Accounting and Finance. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role. Deep understanding of accounting principles, standards, taxation laws, and financial statement analysis. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid working experience with Accounting software or ERP systems. Advantage: Experience in import, manufacturing, or distribution industries will be highly regarded. Advantage: Holding a CPD (Continuing Professional Development) registration or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license is a significant plus.
