The company develops intelligent platforms that help organizations optimize supply chain operations, automate business processes, and improve operational efficiency through advanced data analytics and AI-driven decision support. Having built a strong presence in Malaysia and Singapore within just one year, the company is now expanding into Thailand. They are seeking a commercially driven, entrepreneurial professional to establish and grow the Thailand operation, build the local customer base, and play a key role in the company's continued regional expansion. ENTERPRISE SALES MANAGER – DIGITIAL INDUSTRY SOLUTIONS THAILAND – INDUSTRIAL AI The Enterprise Sales Manager will drive business growth by developing and managing strategic enterprise accounts and sales activity across Thailand. This is a high-impact role for a consultative sales professional who thrives on engaging senior decision-makers, leading complex sales cycles, and contributing to the growth of a fast-scaling technology business. Key responsibilities include: • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and grow enterprise customers in Thailand. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries. • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders. • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and solution development through negotiation and contract closure. • Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver tailored customer solutions. • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records. • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts in line with company guidelines. • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. • Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions. • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field required. • At least 5 years of enterprise/B2B sales experience, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, technology, automation, or related sectors. • Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue targets. • Strong understanding of the Thai business environment and enterprise procurement processes. • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English. • Experience selling industrial technology, software, equipment, or other enterprise solutions. • An established network of contacts within Thailand's industrial or manufacturing sectors. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). • Willingness to travel within Thailand and occasionally across Southeast Asia.
