About the role The Sales & Service Division Head – Motor Control is responsible for leading the overall commercial and service operations of the Motor Control business. This role drives business growth, manages customer relationships, oversees after-sales service excellence, and ensures the division achieves its sales, profitability, and operational objectives. Key responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, profit, and market share targets Identify new business opportunities across industrial sectors and expand existing customer accounts Build strong relationships with key customers, EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, distributors, and system integrators Lead contract negotiations, commercial discussions, and major project tenders Lead the after-sales service organization, including technical support, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services Ensure high customer satisfaction through responsive and effective service delivery Develop service programs that improve customer retention and generate recurring service revenue Lead, coach, and develop the Sales, Service, and Application Engineering teams Manage the division's P&L, budget, operating expenses, and profitability Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business performance About you Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial electrical equipment, motor control, automation, or power distribution At least 5 years of leadership experience managing sales and service teams Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in business development and P&L management Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Good command of English
