Job Description: To gather business requirements for Agency Sales Tools project (website and mobile platform) Test case / Test scenario / Test UAT with IT vendor and user Control, monitor and proceed the project for Digital Sales Tools Manage issues and problems and also find the solution in order to implement the project successfully Coordinate with all departments both internal and external and partners for collecting data, and reporting during the process Ability to design and develop the process of operation for the most effective way Understand basic IT and be able to negotiate and coordinate with IT Create reports in every step for presenting the management team Complete all the paper work related to the project. Product Boost up: Set action plans to drive the sales of life insurance products , Investment-Linked , Health and CI Rider Qualification: Bachelor degree or Master Degree (Statistics, Actuarial science, Business Administration, Economics or others) Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate business requirements for the IT team Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and make independent decisions in complex situations.
