Job Location: BTS Line, Bangkok, Thailand Reports To: Assistant Payroll Manager Key Roles & Responsibilities End-to-End Payroll Execution: Coordinate and validate recurring payroll cycles across regional entities, ensuring data integrity across gross-to-net calculations, deductions, commissions, and benefits. Vendor Operations Management: Work closely with third-party payroll providers to ensure accurate data submission, payroll input processing, and output verification according to strict cut-off schedules. Data Validation & Reporting: Perform pre- and post-payroll audits, gross-to-net comparisons, and deliver accurate payroll summaries and statutory reports to regional stakeholders. Employee & Stakeholder Support: Serve as a responsive contact point for employee payroll inquiries, resolving complex operational queries with high service standards. Statutory Compliance & Operations Improvement: Support annual statutory reporting, tax filings, and social security submissions across assigned APAC countries, while driving continuous operational efficiency. Qualifications & Key Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field. 4–6+ years of operational experience managing multi-country payroll processing in APAC within a Shared Services Center or regional business framework. Experience working with outsourced payroll vendors and regional HR system integration (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, ADP). Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to handle high-volume data under tight deadlines. Proficient in business English for regional daily collaboration.
