Beauty & Service Excellence Trainer

About Us Slim Beauty is a growing beauty and slimming group dedicated to delivering professional skincare, body slimming, and wellness services. As part of our ongoing brand development and service enhancement, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Trainer / Training Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening our front-line service standards, improving staff capabilities, and supporting the company’s rebranding direction. Job Responsibilities - Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs for front-line beauticians, consultants, and store staff. - Drive service excellence and ensure consistent implementation of standard operating procedures across all outlets. - Support the company’s rebranding direction by enhancing service standards and staff professionalism. - Conduct hands-on training on advanced skincare treatments, body slimming techniques, beauty machinery operations, and product knowledge. - Improve staff communication skills, customer service standards, consultation techniques, and cross-selling capabilities. - Perform regular store visits, mystery shopping, and service audits to monitor staff performance and service quality. - Identify training needs and provide coaching to improve individual and team performance. - Update training materials, service manuals, and operational guidelines in response to market trends and modern beauty techniques. - Work closely with management and outlet teams to ensure training effectiveness and quality consistency. - Prepare training reports, performance feedback, and improvement recommendations. Job Requirements - Minimum [3–5] years of relevant experience in the beauty, slimming, skincare, spa, wellness, or aesthetic industry. - Prior experience in staff training, service coaching, or operations training is highly preferred. - Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, body slimming techniques, beauty equipment, and beauty product applications. - Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills. - Customer-oriented, detail-minded, and passionate about service excellence. - Able to work independently and conduct training for different levels of front-line staff. - Good understanding of store operations, customer consultation, and sales service flow. - Proficient in preparing training materials, manuals, and service guidelines. - Willing to travel to different outlets for store visits, audits, and on-site coaching. - Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is preferred.
