Business Development / Client Relations — LUVÉ Design & Architecture LUVÉ is a Tsuen Wan-based interior design and build firm specialising in high-end residential interiors. With a steady stream of qualified enquiries, we're growing our client-facing team and looking for someone to own the relationship from first meeting to signed project. LUVÉ 是一間位於荃灣的室內設計及工程公司，專注高端住宅設計。查詢持續穩定，我們正擴充客戶團隊，誠邀合適人選由首次會面起，全程跟進項目直至成交。 The role You're the first point of contact for prospective homeowners — building rapport, understanding the vision, guiding them through our approach, and following through closely until the project is won. You work alongside the design team and represent LUVÉ at every client touchpoint. 作為準客戶的第一接觸點，你將建立關係、了解客戶願景、介紹我們的設計理念，並緊密跟進直至項目落實。你會與設計團隊緊密合作，於每一個客戶接觸點代表 LUVÉ 品牌。 What we're looking for Genuine interest in interior design and a strong aesthetic sense Experience in high-end residential design or interiors sales (strongly preferred) Excellent interpersonal skills, confident engaging discerning homeowners A polished, professional presence representing the LUVÉ brand Diligent, responsible, and proactive with client follow-up Comfortable across English and Cantonese; Traditional Chinese a plus 對室內設計有濃厚興趣，具備良好美感 具高端住宅設計或室內設計銷售經驗（優先考慮） 出色的人際溝通能力，能自信地與高端客戶交流 專業得體的形象，恰如其分地代表 LUVÉ 品牌 認真負責，主動並細心跟進客戶 中英文流利，能書寫繁體中文者優先 What we offer Competitive base salary plus a competitive commission structure — top performers can comfortably double or triple their monthly earnings A pipeline of warm, qualified enquiries, not cold prospecting A design-led, growing studio with a premium client base Room to grow with the firm 具競爭力的底薪及佣金制度 — 表現優秀者月入可輕鬆達底薪兩至三倍 穩定而優質的查詢來源，無需開發陌生客戶 以設計為本、穩步成長的工作室，服務高端客群 隨公司一同成長的空間 Monday to Friday 9:15am to 18:30pm, Saturday (Bi-weekly) 9:15am to 12:30pm.
