Business Development Manager

Position Summary : Responsible for managing acquisition projects, from identifying target companies and conducting due diligence through financial advisors to determining the appropriate acquisition valuation, analyzing market data to understand the business, and finally presenting the project to management for approval. Job Responsibilities : 1. Analyze competitor data, including sales and cost accounting, to identify opportunities for business expansion, as well as market trends, economic trends, and relevant research, to determine development and expansion strategies. 2. Present target groups, both internally and externally. 3. Prepare presentation documents and supporting information for management decision-making (BOD). 4. Coordinate with internal and external departments to drive projects towards achieving their goals. 5. Negotiate business deals and support contract drafting with relevant parties. 6. Monitor and evaluate projects, and report progress to management. Note: Other specified frequencies refer to working according to the timeline defined for each project. Job Specifications : Graduated with a bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or other related fields, or equivalent work experience. Experience in financial planning or a related field, 0-7 years or more. Good knowledge of MS Office. Good knowledge of the English language.
