Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize lead management processes using CRM tool and SleekFlow. Support data model implementation, data integration and data enrichment initiatives. Prepare and maintain sales dashboards, reports and performance analytics using Power BI. Develop workflow automation and process enhancements using Power Automate. Monitor lead performance, conversion metrics and data quality. Support system enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, UAT and deployment activities. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous process improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, or a related discipline with insurance industry exposure . 2-3 years of relevant experience in CRM operations, lead management, sales operations, business analytics, or process improvement. Hands-on experience with CRM systems (salesforce), SleekFlow, Microsoft Power BI, and Power Automate . Strong in data modeling, data governance, reporting, and data quality management.
