Senior Oracle Business Systems Analyst – EBS & Fusion Cloud (2 Openings)

Our client, a global organization undergoing a large-scale Oracle EBS-to-Cloud transformation, is hiring for two Senior Business Systems Analyst roles based in Petaling Jaya. Both are hands-on, techno-functional positions supporting ongoing Oracle EBS production while leading the transition to Oracle Cloud — one focused on Supply Chain (Sales, Operations, and Logistics), and one focused on Financials . JD 1: Senior Oracle EBS Business Systems Analyst – Supply Chain (JAPAC) Job Summary: The Senior Oracle EBS Business Systems Analyst – JAPAC works closely with the Oracle Supply Chain manager and key business users in Sales, Operations, and Logistics to define processes, implement Oracle solutions, provide application training, and resolve production issues. This is a hands-on role covering global Oracle Cloud implementation and existing Oracle 11i production support. Essential Functions: Lead and manage Oracle Cloud implementation and 11i enhancement projects in Sales, Operations, and Logistics Work closely with Oracle Cloud implementation consultants and business process owners to lead the Oracle Cloud implementation in the JAPAC region Provide daily support for Oracle production issues Facilitate business process and systems analysis discussions and translate findings into Business Requirements and Functional Design documents Work with developers reviewing Technical Design, validating and testing development deliverables Participate in System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing with business users Research, design, configure, test, document, and manage implementation of system changes Manage the impact of transaction changes across business segments and locations Develop validation test plans, user/system procedures, and training materials for customizations, upgrades, and releases Provide expertise for IT projects and Oracle implementation globally Provide technical support to Sales, Operations, and Logistics business users Make process and systems improvement recommendations leveraging best practices Provide cross-functional and cross-location project management support Re-engineer existing business processes to leverage Oracle Cloud SaaS and other applications Document and deliver Oracle training to business users Requirements: Minimum 12 years of tech-functional experience in Oracle E-Business R12/11i, focused on Sales, Operations, and Logistics; Oracle Cloud SaaS SCM experience is a plus Proven ability translating business needs into system solutions Strong functional and technical knowledge of Order Management, Pricing, Quoting, Inventory, Costing, Purchasing, Shipping, Service, and related Finance modules Experience with global cross-functional teams across at least 5 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud/R12/11i implementations Proficient with project management skills and tools Familiar with Agile methodology, ITIL framework, and SDLC process Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective team leader and team player Excellent communication and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor JD 2: Senior Business Analyst – Fusion Cloud (Financials) Job Summary: The Senior Business Analyst is a key member of the IT Business Applications team, working closely with all major application areas, primarily Financials, to support implementation and production support. The role requires application expertise for new programs and process models, with training responsibilities where applicable. This is a hands-on role supporting global implementation of the Oracle Fusion Cloud Application. Essential Functions: Provide daily support for Oracle production, enhancement projects, and lean initiatives related to Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS Facilitate business and systems analysis discussions and translate findings into Business Requirements and Functional Design documents Work with the development team reviewing Technical Design, validating delivery against design Demonstrate project management and presentation skills Participate in System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing with business users Research, design, configure, test, document, and manage implementation of system changes Develop validation test plans, user/system procedures, and training materials for customizations, upgrades, and patches Provide expertise for IT projects and Oracle implementation support; interface with major business groups Provide technical resource support to users for end-user tools Make process and systems improvement recommendations leveraging best practices Provide cross-functional and cross-location project management support Re-engineer existing business processes to leverage Fusion Cloud and other applications Develop and conduct training sessions for internal and field personnel on Fusion Cloud Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required Minimum 5 years of experience working with Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS R11i/R12, primarily in Financials Experience in other areas like SCM is a plus Strong working knowledge of Finance modules: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting, Tax, Customer Data Management, and Project Portfolio Management Strong experience in Fusion Cloud implementations and production support Experience with data upload using FBDI and ADFdi Ability to design and configure solutions based on changing business needs, including documenting requirements and functional design specifications Experience creating reports using OTBI and BI Publisher Experience with Fusion Analytics is a plus Ability to work effectively across multiple activities and projects Strong analytical and training skills Ability to troubleshoot production issues Excellent communication and organizational skills
