Project Executive / Senior Project Executive

Roles and Responsibilities: We are looking for a motivated Project Executive / Senior Project Executive to support and deliver a wide range of digital projects, including websites, AI solutions, data-driven platforms, web and mobile applications. The role involves project coordination, requirement understanding, and cross-team collaboration. The successful candidate should demonstrate strong logical thinking and the ability to understand and translate business needs into structured digital deliverables. Key responsibilities include: Plan, coordinate, and monitor the end-to-end project flow, from planning and execution to testing and delivery Liaise with internal designers, developers, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to an expected quality standard Assist Project Managers in managing client enquiries and expectations in a professional and structured manner Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare clear progress updates and follow-ups Support the technical team in issue identification and troubleshooting coordination Conduct user and market research to support planning decisions and enhance user experience outcomes Ensure client satisfaction by understanding business objectives and delivering practical, well-considered solutions Share knowledge and best practices within the team; candidates with deeper expertise are encouraged to contribute as mentors You can teach us something new! Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above; fresh graduates are welcome (Candidates with 1 year or more relevant experience will be considered favourably. More experienced candidates may be considered for the Senior Project Executive role) Strong logical thinking and the ability to understand business processes and digital workflows Strong design sense that able to understand and evaluate user experience, layout, and visual presentation in digital projects Basic understanding of web and digital technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or CMS platforms Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently with appropriate guidance A strong team player with good communication, presentation, and coordination skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage Desire: Basic knowledge or exposure to digital projects beyond websites, such as AI, data, enterprise platforms, or system integration Strong interest in understanding how technology supports business logic and decision-making Willingness to learn new technologies and keep up with industry trends
