Digital Project Manager

About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Digital Project Manager to oversee projects from initial conception to final delivery. You will be responsible for building project plans, allocating internal and external resources, managing budgets, and mitigating risks. A successful candidate must possess exceptional leadership and communication skills to align diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations smoothly. Responsibilities: Define Project Scope : Establish clear project goals, boundaries, deliverables, and successful metrics in collaboration with stakeholders. Plan & Schedule : Create detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones using tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project. Resource Allocation : Manage internal staff availability and coordinate with third-party vendors or suppliers. Budget Management : Estimate project costs, track ongoing expenditures, and implement change controls to prevent scope creep. Risk Mitigation : Proactively identify bottleneck areas, calculate risks, and develop contingency plans. Stakeholder Communication : Provide regular status updates, progress charts, and performance reports to executive management and clients. Team Leadership : Delegate tasks effectively based on individual team member strengths and unblock day-to-day operational issues. Quality Assurance : Review intermediate outputs to ensure deliverables meet organizational standards and customer requirements. Project Closure : Conduct post-project evaluations to document lessons learned and hand off completed deliverables. Qualifications: Experience : Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience running cross-functional initiatives as a Project Manager or Scrum Master. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications : PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM, or PRINCE2 credentials are highly preferred. Methodologies : Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project frameworks. Software Competency : Hands-on proficiency with project tracking platforms (e.g., Trello, Notion, Smartsheet) and office suites. Soft Skills : Advanced problem-solving capabilities, conflict resolution skills, and sharp attention to detail.
