About the Role: We are looking for a highly driven International Sales Representative who is passionate about taking our FMCG products to the global stage. In this role, you won't just be selling; you will be a strategic consultant to our international partners. Your mission is to build strong, profitable relationships with global distributors, unlock new territories, and co-create strategies that drive sustainable market growth. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Market Expansion: Drive international sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets. You will aggressively scale existing markets while identifying and penetrating high-potential new territories. Empower Global Partners: Act as a trusted business advisor to international distributors. Collaborate closely to co-create Joint Business Plans (JBPs), analyze market trends, and develop localized strategies to maximize product visibility and sell-out performance. End-to-End Operational Excellence: Oversee the entire export cycle. Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Logistics, and Marketing) to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, smoothly, and delivered on time. Brand Advocacy: Serve as the global ambassador for our portfolio. Educate partners and potential customers on product heritage, quality, taste profiles, and production standards to build strong brand equity overseas. Market Intelligence: Monitor global FMCG trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to proactively adjust sales strategies. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of proven success in International Sales, Export Management, or Distributor Management, specifically within the FMCG industry (Beverage category experience is a strong advantage). Product & Compliance Acumen: Deep understanding of FMCG production and quality standards. Familiarity with international trade compliance, local/federal regulations, and specifically the legalities surrounding the sale of alcohol. Consultative Selling Skills: You don't just sell; you build businesses. You possess exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication skills to ensure a "win-win" for both the company and our global partners.
