Job Objectives The Warehouse Clerk ensures efficient warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and timely distribution of goods. This role focuses on maintaining stock accuracy, optimizing storage, and coordinating with internal teams to support production and sales. Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records; conduct regular stock checks. Ensure compliance with safety standards and warehouse procedures. Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to meet operational needs. Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure productivity. Optimize warehouse layout and improve efficiency in storage and handling. Prepare warehouse reports and support audits when required. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory management. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management systems. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good English communication skills; Chinese proficiency is preferred. Willingness to travel to Vietnam for training for a period of 3–6 months.
