Position: Insurance Planning & Claim Location: Head Office - Bangkok (Witthayu road) Job responsibilities: 1.Manage insurance programs, including coverage analysis, policy reviews, documentation, and related activities. 2.Lead and execute the procurement of insurance programs in alignment with the organization’s requirements and risk profile. 3.Conduct comprehensive contract reviews and analysis to identify key risks, obligations, and potential exposures. 4.Apply strong attention to detail in reviewing insurance policies, contracts, documentation, and related matters. 5.Apply analytical thinking and sound judgment in assessing insurance and risk-related matters. 6.Develop and implement strategic plans to support effective insurance and risk management. 7.Lead and conduct negotiations with insurers, brokers, and other relevant stakeholders to achieve optimal insurance solutions. 8.Identify, analyze, and resolve problems relating to insurance, risk management, and asset protection. 9.Coordinate and manage insurance-related projects to ensure effective execution and timely completion. 10.Conduct risk management analysis and implement strategies to protect the organization’s assets and mitigate potential risks. 11.Contribute to the protection of the organization’s assets by supporting insurance risk prevention and mitigation initiatives. 12.Organizing and support the team and related stakeholders in developing periodic portfolio risk reports, as required. 13.Manage and support insurance claims, including recommending and implementing preventive measures to minimize costs and damage in the event of a loss 14.Develop and manage insurance budgets, process premium invoices to ensure continuous coverage, and oversee insurance claims. 15.Identify and address issues relating to insurance or safety that may result in a breach of policy conditions, if not properly managed. 16.Contribute to the enhancement and continuous improvement of safety protocols, where required. 17.Develop and deliver insurance knowledge-sharing sessions for other teams to enhance organization-wide awareness and understanding of insurance matters. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance, risk management, asset protection, claims management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of insurance programs, policy administration, underwriting principles, claims handling, and insurance procurement processes. Experience reviewing and analyzing contracts, insurance policies, and legal documentation to identify risks and coverage gaps. Proven ability to negotiate effectively with insurers, brokers, and other stakeholders to achieve favorable insurance solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills with the ability to make sound business recommendations. Experience managing insurance claims, loss prevention initiatives, and insurance budgets. Understanding of enterprise risk management, financial risk management, and corporate governance principles. Knowledge of industrial assets, infrastructure, energy, power generation, or large-scale project operations is highly advantageous. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Good command of English, both written and spoken (minimum TOEIC score 750 is required).
