About the role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Roctec Technology Ltd. This is a full-time position based in North Point, Eastern District. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth for our cutting-edge technology solutions. What you'll be doing Proactively manage and develop long-term partnerships with existing clients Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking and prospecting for potential customers Understand client needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring high customer satisfaction Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Contribute to the development of sales strategies and forecasting What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the technology industry. Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Account Manager.
