Warehouse Officer (Phuket-based) About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Officer to support daily warehouse operations at our Bangkok facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate inventory handling, regulatory compliance, and efficient distribution of products and store-related assets across Thailand. Key Responsibilities · Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of products, in compliance with company standards and Thai cannabis regulations. · Assist with inventory control and stock accuracy for 200–300+ cannabis-related SKUs, including secure and temperature-controlled storage. · Manage and track inventory of store decoration equipment and retail assets (e.g., signage, display units, furniture, promotional materials), ensuring accurate records and proper storage. · Update and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP, WMS, and POS systems to ensure real-time stock visibility for both products and store assets. · Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to support timely and compliant deliveries to retail stores nationwide, including store setup and decoration materials. · Follow and assist in maintaining SOPs for warehouse operations, compliance documentation, and reporting. · Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and support audits for product and equipment inventories. · Ensure product quality, security, and proper handling at all stages of warehouse operations. · Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members in Thai and English to resolve operational issues. · Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting practical solutions. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). · 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics; experience in retail, visual merchandising support, or regulated goods is an advantage. · Basic to intermediate experience using ERP, WMS, or POS systems. · Basic skill in English. · Knowledge of Thai cannabis compliance and handling standards is a strong advantage but not required. · Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. · Valid Thai driving license (car and/or motorbike).
